01 / ABOUT ME

Care begins with understanding.

My passion for athletic training began on the field, where I saw how injuries affect not only performance, but confidence and long-term well-being.

As an athlete, coach, and aspiring healthcare professional, I am committed to injury prevention, evidence-based care, and helping people return to the activities they love. I seek opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and bring a thoughtful, team-oriented approach to every setting.
